We’ve blogged before that many of the Forum’s SAP customers are confused about the changes that the ERP vendor is planning to make to its support contracts - changes that many IT chiefs think could lead to significant price hikes.Whilst SAP’s (now soon to retire) CEO Henning Kagerman has admitted his company could have communicated the changes “a little better”, the Forum is still keen to understand whether IT users’ understand the implications fully.

We’ve already run one workshop on the SAP support changes (subscribers can download the full report from the event here) and now we are planning another follow up event on the 16th of December - those who took part can receive an update from the other participants and share what they know.
