The Corporate IT Forum provides a range of services targeted towards delivering effective vehicles that enable corporate IT professionals to share practical experience and knowledge on current issues.

The Question & Answer service

Often the first port of call to seek collective views or assistance on any topic.  The service is more than a simple discussion board, the questions are moderated by tif. personnel who provide guidance to the submitter on existing resources aready in knowledge centre and often facilitate one to one contact with subscribers that have previous experience of the topic.

Activities

A wide range of physical and electronic events that focus on collaborative discussion around the primary topics in Corporate IT.  The objective is to arrive at collective agreement and actions that provide the basis of Best Practice. The events are free to subscribers, but guests with relevant experience may be invited on a pay per attendance basis.

The Knowledge Centre

One of the most exhaustive and authoritative repositories of Corporate IT Knowledge in the market.  A searchable database that puts the combined practical knowledge of the tif. subscriber base at your fingertips. The Knowledge Centre combines the Contacts Directory of Subscribers, with Output Reports from Workshops, Q & A exchanges and the Resource Library.    It allows subscribers to quickly assemble research on current practical thinking on virtually any IT topic.

Information Security

Security is one of the most important topics on the Corporate IT Agenda. tISS provides a secure forum in which security professionals can discuss and share information on current threats, best practice and policy.

CPI Benchmarking

With a focus on Continuous Performance Improvement, CPI offers a cost effective approach to benchmarking in-house and outsourced IT Services. The service differs from other offerings by placing the emphasis on comparing performance against organisations that are of similar to your own, then stimulating action through workshops and facilitated one to one contact with peers in organisations that may provide  valuable experience and insight into areas of concern.
