Working Smarter: Improving ways of working through IT PDF Print E-mail

Reason for the Awards

‘Working smarter not harder’ is a common exhortation from senior management. To achieve this aim often requires a well thought out combination of changes to behaviour, processes and technology. With many organisations operating with reduced headcount and difficult market conditions the ability to ‘work smarter’ has never been so important.

Award Criteria

The judges will be looking for:

  • Projects that have delivered significant change to working practices or processes, and have led to clearly identifiable benefits to both organisations and their employees.
