Member organisations of The Corporate IT Forum and other eligible organisations may submit projects into 6 different categories. An overall winner for IT Project of the Year will be chosen from the 6 category winners.

The judging panel may also make an number of discretionary awards which will be selected from entries across any of the 6 Categories.

There will also be an award for the best use of The Corporate IT Forum Service.
